The GIFT University Academic Block III Library is designed as a comprehensive resource center catering to the information needs of the university community, which encompasses faculty, researchers, students, and staff members. Our library boasts a vast collection of both print and electronic materials, carefully curated to support scholarly endeavors and research initiatives, thereby promoting academic excellence across disciplines.
The library provides efficient book and resource borrowing services to its users, including students, researchers, faculty, and staff, with variations based on their membership category (outlined in the Book Borrowing Privilege section). To successfully borrow resources, students must present their student ID cards or library cards at the circulation counter. Additionally, the library’s system keeps users informed about borrowing statuses through regular renewal and late notices.
Library users are expected to refrain from damaging library resources, such as marking, writing, or underlining in any library materials. In the event of disruption or violation, the library reserves the right to impose fines or request compensation for any loss of library resources, in accordance with its policy.
It is mandatory to inspect borrowed books for defects and report any issues to the circulation staff to avoid inconvenience. Failure to do so may result in the user being held liable for any loss.
After consulting required reading materials, users are kindly requested to leave books on the designated tables and refrain from re-shelving them.
